Lee Whittington from deviantART has created this really handy tool for Windows 7. This application allows you to add items to your right-click menu. At the time of this writing, it currently allows you to add 69 options to the File/Folders, Desktop, Drives and My Computer Right Click menus.
The application is as small as 466KB and no installation is required to run it!
